Norfolk property videos - take a fresh look

While still images are obviously essential for marketing a property (sale or rental), videos take it to another level (and Virtual Tours to yet another!) where the camera movement, ambient sounds & music and the ability to have captions/voiceover really allow a whole array of information to be imparted.

I’ve made walkthrough videos and showcase videos for a number of Norfolk properties including Voewood, Chaucer Barn, various holiday lets and for Norfolk Homes and Arnolds Keys.

A short film I made for Deepdale Backpackers & Dalegate Market showing the accommodation options & facilities

The video is a useful tool in your marketing armoury and can be a great way to catch potential customer’s attention whether that’s on your website or various social media channels - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. I can produce different versions of a video dependent on the audience/channel - Instagram videos tend to be vertical or square and quite concise whereas videos for embedding on websites can be longer as you already have an invested audience if they have taken the time to visit your site.

Some aerial drone shots can make great opening/closing shots and I always work closely with the owners to ensure I produce a quality film which clearly shows all of the features they know sell the place.

A film showcasing the wonderful Chaucer Barn in North Norfolk.

Property videos don’t have to be just about accommodation, I made this one last Summer to tell the story of Gresham Church & the amazing restoration work they have carried out.

Property videos require good planning (and decent weather!), for a quote please drop me a line to discuss your requirements.
