The importance of good property photos - Professional property photographers Norfolk

As you can imagine there are lots of really lovely holiday properties in North Norfolk and throughout East Anglia, they all need websites and advertising and the first thing to capture a potential customer's eye is the photos of the property so it makes good sense to have the best possible images (inside & out) to maximise bookings.  It amazes me how many Norfolk holiday let websites are still trying to get by using very substandard amateur photographs or even worse - photos taken on the owner's phones!Good quality professional property photography will also help with publicity in local magazines & press as has been proved over the last few months with two of the properties I have shot being the featured Home of the week in the Eastern Daily Press Property Supplement.  As a result these properties achieved amazing free publicity by having their images featured on the cover of the supplement and also a double page spread inside.Below are the screenshots of the pages from last weeks EDP Property supplement featuring my shots of the The Dialhouse in Reepham...(online article here)...Dial1-blog Dial2-blog ...and below are a couple of shots I took (sorry, not as good quality as the screenshots) of the supplement when my photos of Runton Mill, being sold by Arnolds Keys were featured...millfbmill2fbA large proportion of my work is photographing properties around Norfolk, these include hotels, B&B’s, holiday lets and properties for sale.  I also regularly photograph the more prestige properties for Norfolk estate agents Arnolds Keys.A number of my clients have told me that they have seen a marked increase in bookings when they have used my images on their websites and brochures. For my Norfolk property photography I take great care to ensure that the building is best represented from all angles, including exterior shots of the property, crisp, bright interior images and, if required, some aerial shots showing the grounds and surrounding area.  Over the years I have developed a system of techniques, settings and equipment which allow me to produce great results every time.I think the EDP coverage also demonstrates well the value of professional property photographs.  If you would like more information on my services as a Property Photographer in Norfolk please drop me a line, some additional information is also available on my website here.
