2013 - Norfolk photography review - landscapes

Second in my series of 2013 round-ups, this one features my Norfolk landscape photography images.  I feel very lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the world, having the stunning North Norfolk coastline on my doorstep, (well about 700 metres) but after the recent storms that's plenty close enough thank you very much!From the wild wilderness of the saltmarshes at Morston and Blakeney, the bird reserves at Cley and Salthouse, the rugged cliffs between Sheringham and Overstrand and the wonderful National trust parks at Sheringham, Felbrigg and Blickling there is always somewhere interesting to head to, wellies on, camera over shoulder!It's no coincidence that there are many more sunset photographs than there are ones taken at dawn - I'm not big on early mornings - more of a night owl than a morning lark, although I did kind of combine the two recently when I spent nearly four hours on the cliffs from 1am the other night when they predicted we'd see the Northern lights from North Norfolk.  Needless to say they didn't show up so instead I killed the time playing about with a technique called 'painting with light', I may post some of those shots in due course.In the meantime, however, here are a few of my favourite Norfolk landscape photographs from 2013...
