Holkham Hall wedding photography - Lydia & Matt at The Temple, Holkham in North Norfolk.

The Temple at Holkham Hall is a beautiful venue for a wedding, originally built as a shooting lodge it is situated in a small clearing in the woods a short way from the main Hall - gorgeous  for summer weddings but I've also photographed beautiful winter weddings there too!We started the day's coverage at Lydia's parents' holiday property in Burnham Market, it was a remarkably relaxed morning with Lydia all ready to go well in time, no last minute rushing around here! With a small shelter for the guests to provide some shade from the sun (or possibly rain which thankfully never showed), a large marquee just out of shot, a coffee truck and massive fire bowl for the evening they had everything covered. Below, Matt & his best man Jamie share a cheeky dram before proceedings kick off...Here comes the bride...It was really lovely to discover that the ceremony was being conducted by the wonderful Charlotte Martin who used to run Cley Mill.  A service full of laughter, warmth, tears and smiles.  Just how it should be!
