Office space wanted...

I've decided it's time to try and separate work and home a bit better so I'm looking for some space to rent.It doesn't have to be very big, just me, a desk & PC, a cupboard full of equipment and maybe some space to meet clients, if there were some space to have a studio too that would be a bonus but not essential as most of my work is on location anyway.Ideally I don't really want to have to travel more than about 10 miles from Sheringham and would be more than willing to share space with other like-minded people.So, if you know anyone who would like to share some office/studio space or know of anywhere available I'd really love to know, I'd be no trouble to share space with, I'm toilet trained and everything!
