Rachel & Ben's London wedding...

Just to prove I am actually capable of leaving Norfolk I photographed Rachel & Ben's wedding in London last weekend. They kindly put me up the night before in a great B&B in Streatham - 52 Becmead Av - I highly recommend it, it's a beautiful house and Katherine cooks a great English breakfast! The girls had their hair and make-up done at Becmead Avenue which was handy - I didn't have far to go from the breakfast table for the first shots of the day!It was then a battle through the London traffic to St. Mark's church on Battersea Rise for a really lovely service, very personal and truly heartfelt.  After the service the champagne and canapes were served in the church hall next door and then on to Bourne Hall for the reception.Enough waffle, here's some photos....Rachel's mum admires the curlers!I always ask if the bride has had a text from her groom to be form the previous night, sometimes they are suitable for photographing, sometimes not (!) but I have to say this is one of the best I've seen yet. Before the service Ben checks the marriage certificate with the vicar Paul. Here comes the bride...If you have to drive through London why not do it in style...For the full gallery of photos from Ben & Rachel's London wedding click here.  The best way to view the photos is to click on the Slideshow option after following the link (and grab a glass of wine, there's a lot of photos here!)  If you like what you see please do leave me a comment below, they are always very welcome!
