Sheringham Carnival photos II

Below are a few highlights from the emotional rollercoaster that was today's sandcastle competition, there were many superb creations there today....Below, this elephant sand sculpture looked great.Below, a full scale replica of our lifeboat, in fact we do actually steer the boat with plastic spade handles so top marks for technical accuracy here!Below, Rosa kisses a crab, sadly prince charming didn't appear, actually the crab was the worse for wear after it's royal mauling and had to be returned to the sea to recuperate.Below, Sam in his Formula One creation.Below, this lovely octopus bears a striking resemblance to Mr Tickle!Below, one of the two winning sand creations, this was a sculpture of Nessie, good work.Rosa, Flick & Olivia modelling the all-new dress-down vests as a simple alternative to the full dresses, a great idea and proof that Sheringham Carnival really does move with the times.Next year - the Tesco Carnival - well, every little helps...(joke)For the full gallery of today's shots click here.To visit the main website of Norfolk wedding and portrait photographer Chris Taylor click here.
