Celebrating a new creative partnership - Commercial Photography in Norfolk

I'm really pleased to announce a exciting new project I'm involved in to capture the style and authenticity of a collection of fantastic Norfolk businesses including the legendary Byfords café & Posh B&B in Holt, The King's Head, Holt and it's superb restaurant STEAK, The Dial House, Reepham, The Pigs pub at Edgefield, Sponge - the nationwide cake company and The Assembly House in Norwich.Each of the businesses possess a real charm and operate to very high standards, they are true gems of Norfolk hospitality and purveyors of great food so I am thrilled to have been offered the chance to visually represent them through my photography and some short slideshow films.In the last few weeks I made a start on capturing the farm-to-plate story for the carnivore's-heaven that is STEAK, heading out to Duncan Jeary's farm on the Stody Estate to document how Duncan raises his herd of Aberdeen Angus and Galloway cattle.  The follow-up shoot was to spend some time at the STEAK restaurant with manager & grillmaster, Adam Chapman. I photographed the process by which they selected the dry-aged beef and grill it over Norfolk charcoal to produce quite possibly the best steak you will ever taste.If you would like to see all this for yourself there is a farm & butchery tour this Saturday (7th Feb), finishing up at the restaurant where you get to see and taste the finished product.  Sounds like heaven to me!  More info about the experience here.In the meantime we've got a lot of planning to do to arrange the shoots and capture the essence of these very successful and unique businesses, it's going to be a busy year!Below are a few taster shots showing the farm to plate story so far....
