Fiona & Lee - a pre-wedding shoot at Cromer seafront - North Norfolk wedding photography

It's been lovely to see a bit of sunshine again recently and we had sunshine-a-plenty for Fiona & Lee's pre-wedding shoot last week at Cromer.  It was also pretty windy but we found a few sheltered spots (and a few not so sheltered spots!)I have to say what a great morning I had with Fiona & Lee, we wandered down from the clifftop car park to the pier, stopping for some shots on the way & chatting about all sorts including their Paraglider business, (and I thought I had a fun job!).  Despite their initial concerns about having their picture taken (as most people do), they were actually really natural in front of the camera, in fact I had a lovely email shortly after the shoot from Fiona & Lee which completely sums up why these pre-wedding shoots are so valuable...

'Lee and I just wanted to say how lovely it was to meet you today.We had a really lovely morning and that's not something we thought we'd be saying given it involved having our picture taken. The time went in a flash and we felt like we got to see a little bit of Cromer as well as getting the opportunity to get to know you a little.'

 It was a real pleasure to spend the morning with them, I am really looking forward to photographing their beautiful wedding at Chaucer Barn. Since Fiona & Lee spend a lot of their time at altitude for their work they had asked if I could bring my quadcopter to the shoot to try some aerial shots of them, it was pretty windy so we didn't keep the drone in the air for too long but got a couple of new angles for pre-wedding shots!
