The Dialhouse, Reepham - Gorgeous new rooms - Norfolk property photography
As the Wilson Hotel Group's 'Visual Guru', (Iain's term for what I do, not mine, although I do kind of like it!), I've been lucky enough over the last year to photograph the various businesses that form Iain Wilson's group of businesses which include Byfords of Holt, The Pigs in Edgefield, Sponge - the nationally recognised producer of amazing cakes, The Kings Head & Steak in Holt and the beautiful Dialhouse in Reepham. The Dialhouse is a truly unique place, an incredible Georgian building set on the charming town square at the heart of Reepham. The Dialhouse offers a superb restaurant, private cellar dining, afternoon teas, plus an amazing collection of rooms you can eat in where everything is for sale from the pictures on the wall to the cutlery & crockery you eat off! The food and ambience are really superb and the coffee will keep me heading back again & again. As well as currently building a collection of seventeen luxury townhouses to the rear of the Dialhouse, they have also just completed seven luxury themed bedrooms upstairs. No detail has been overlooked in these amazing rooms, particularly genius is the inclusion of the lovely Crosley Cruiser record players in the rooms and a library of vinyl on the landing to choose from. I hadn't seen the Crosley Cruiser range of record players before but I am in love with them now - designed to close up as a briefcase (in a range of colours & designs) when not in use and each with their own integral stereo speakers. I may have to treat myself to one this Christmas and dig out the old records from my childhood! They are available here on Amazon if you are interested. So I wanted to share some images of the rooms and the features which make each room unique, the rooms truly are a visual feast, credit must go to Annabel Grey for the furnishings and fascinating collection of artefacts. The detail shots included here are a fraction of the total ones I took, if you want to take someone special for dinner and a night away then I heartily recommend The Dialhouse. For room bookings & more info about the rooms click here. The first room in this collection is called Africa, complete with a roll-top bath at the end of the bed.... The next room is the wonderfully cool blue 'China' room.... Next is the sumptious 'Italian Palace'... ...followed by The Orient..... Next is the cosy Parisian Garret.... The print room is a blaze of golden yellow and a collection of beautifully hung monochrome prints.... ...and finally the India-themed 'Days of the Raj', love the little Ganesh figurine... If you own a holiday property or hotel/b&b and would like a collection of images to fully show-off your property please drop me a line. My commercial rates include supply of all of the finished high-resolution image files, no VAT and no restirctions on usage. I really enjoy photographing the various properties around Norfolk and I hope it shows in the images I capture.Norfolk property photographer - Chris Taylor Photo
